In between, it's important to preserve valuable vitamins and nutrients. Bosch's HydroFresh technology keeps fruit and vegetables fresh up to twice as long. That's great for the environment, as it means there's less waste.
Foods should not only taste as fresh and natural as possible, they should also smell that way too. This is guaranteed with our AirFresh Filter, which is actually built into the fridge's fan and reduces not only bad smells but also bacteria. The result? Clean air inside your fridge all the time.
To make sure you enjoy fresh foods for a long time, we have developed our innovative HydroFresh cooling technology. By maintaining a constant temperature level close to 0°C and regulating the moisture level, vitamins and minerals are retained for much longer. Two different air humidity zones provide the ideal storage conditions for every type of food, which means fresh food stays fresh for up to three times longer.
To make sure your frozen food stays usable for a long time, the freezing process must not be interrupted. That's why we developed Super Freezing. This function quickly lowers the temperature to -32 degrees when you add fresh food, thus cleverly protecting your frozen food from starting to thaw. In addition, the newly added food is frozen faster, which protects the nutrients and retains the consistency of the food. Once the necessary temperature has been reached, the Super Freezing function automatically switches back to normal operation, which stops any unnecessary energy consumption.
| NoFrostWith a NoFrost model, the humidity in the air is collected on the central fin evaporator rather than building up in the applicance or on the foods. This chiller, which draws the wamth out of the freezer area, automatically defrosts from time to time. The resultant condensation is taken to the outside and evaporated using the compressor warmth in a special collecting pan. This lowers humidity in the appliance, which means that almost no ice forms. So you don't need to worry about defrosting any more. | ||
