It's so easy to use with Neff's brilliant Twist Pad - just twist and point to the cooking zones to activate and make any adjustments. And, FlexInduction means any pan anywhere so you won't be faced with shuffling hot pans around, looking for hob space. The cooking zones are joined or separated depending on the size and shape of the pans you're using. With Automatic Pan Recognition detecting the presence of a pan and heating only that and not the surrounding area to offer amazingly quick cooking times and energy efficiency. Plus, there's a handy Boost feature for extra power on tap whenever you need it. Neff's Home Connect app adds lots of great features such as Dish Assist which tells you the best temperature for any dish. You'll find recipes, be able to tell whether the hob is switched off wherever you are. And, the hob will turn on your compatible Neff hood once you're cooking and adapts the fan speed according to your cooking so you can concentrate on other things.

When will my appliance be delivered?

Who will deliver my appliance?

When you have placed your order on our website stating you preferred delivery day a member of our team will be contact to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.

Depending on where you live and availability delivery will be made either using our own vehicles with two men, by a specialist courier service or by manufacturers home delivery service. We will always discuss the best method for delivery with you beforehand. Please check all appliances and report any damage via email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

Will you deliver my purchase to any room?

Do you offer an installation service?

We'll always try to oblige and to deliver the room of your choice. We'd ask you to ensure there is clear access to the room before we arrive and to clear any obstructions. If you'd like us to deliver to the first floor of your property we'll try to accommodate your request but would ask that you let us know when we book your delivery in.

Please place your order on our website and then a member of our team will call you to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.

Do you remove old appliances and the packaging?

Do you offer a storage facility?

We'll remove your old appliances if disconnected and the packaging too for a small charge, must be requested at time of order. We do pass on a £25 recycling cost on each appliance that we collect.

Yes, we'll store your products for up to 12 weeks without charge and deliver when you're ready.
