Simply use the supplied remote control to select from the three power settings to suit your cooking, while the two intensive modes, which automatically revert after 6 minutes to save energy, are great when you're cooking with spicy ingredients. You can control the hood's fan speed and turn on the lights directly from your hob via Neff's clever Hob-Hood control, using a WiFi connection. Measured at an incredibly low 56dB the noise level is very quiet, thanks to special insulation and brushless motor technology, leaving your kitchen feeling peaceful. Efficient LED SoftLights provide welcome additional illumination over your hob to help you keep an eye on your meal as you cook and incorporate a dimmer function to provide atmospheric lighting.

Who will deliver my appliance?

When you have placed your order on our website stating you preferred delivery day a member of our team will be contact to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.

Depending on where you live and availability delivery will be made either using our own vehicles with two men, by a specialist courier service or by manufacturers home delivery service. We will always discuss the best method for delivery with you beforehand. Please check all appliances and report any damage via email sales@webbs.tv within 48 hours of delivery.

Will you deliver my purchase to any room?

Do you offer an installation service?

We'll always try to oblige and to deliver the room of your choice. We'd ask you to ensure there is clear access to the room before we arrive and to clear any obstructions. If you'd like us to deliver to the first floor of your property we'll try to accommodate your request but would ask that you let us know when we book your delivery in.

Do you remove old appliances and the packaging?

Do you offer a storage facility?

We'll remove your old appliances if disconnected and the packaging too for a small charge, must be requested at time of order. We do pass on a £25 recycling cost on each appliance that we collect.

Yes, we'll store your products for up to 12 weeks without charge and deliver when you're ready.
