It's perfect for busy kitchens, effortlessly combining helpful technology and thoughtful design with Neff's innovative Twist Touch Control for precise cooking. You can select everything with just a fingertip - choose your cooking zone and select the desired power level, it's simple and intuitive. And, the CombiZone feature means adds welcome versatility by enabling you to combine 2 cooking zones into 1 big cooking area for use with your larger cookware. The hob features Automatic Pan Recognition which detects the presence of a pan and then heats only that and not the surrounding area to offer amazingly quick cooking times with outstanding energy efficiency. Plus, there's a handy Boost feature for extra power on tap whenever you need it. Lastly, the hob will turn on your compatible Neff hood once you're cooking and adapts the fan speed according to your cooking so you can concentrate on other things.

When will my appliance be delivered?

Who will deliver my appliance?

When you have placed your order on our website stating you preferred delivery day a member of our team will be contact to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.

Depending on where you live and availability delivery will be made either using our own vehicles with two men, by a specialist courier service or by manufacturers home delivery service. We will always discuss the best method for delivery with you beforehand. Please check all appliances and report any damage via email sales@webbs.tv within 48 hours of delivery.

Will you deliver my purchase to any room?

Do you offer an installation service?

We'll always try to oblige and to deliver the room of your choice. We'd ask you to ensure there is clear access to the room before we arrive and to clear any obstructions. If you'd like us to deliver to the first floor of your property we'll try to accommodate your request but would ask that you let us know when we book your delivery in.

Please place your order on our website and then a member of our team will call you to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.

Do you remove old appliances and the packaging?

Do you offer a storage facility?

We'll remove your old appliances if disconnected and the packaging too for a small charge, must be requested at time of order. We do pass on a £25 recycling cost on each appliance that we collect.

Yes, we'll store your products for up to 12 weeks without charge and deliver when you're ready.
