The hob features 4 Speed Burners which which reduce cooking times by 20% by directing the flame straight upwards to heat the base of the pan. And there's a separate high-power 4000W Multi Crown burner which is ideal for intense heat cooking and wok dishes. Elegant steel-capped rotary control dials let you select your power level and make precise adjustments while ignition is activated by a simple twist of the dials. Heavy duty cast iron pan supports provide a premium look and a durable and stable platform for your pans and the controls are handily situated at the front of the hob so you never have to stretch over sizzling hot pans to make your adjustments.

When will my appliance be delivered?

Who will deliver my appliance?

When you have placed your order on our website stating you preferred delivery day a member of our team will be contact to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.

Depending on where you live and availability delivery will be made either using our own vehicles with two men, by a specialist courier service or by manufacturers home delivery service. We will always discuss the best method for delivery with you beforehand. Please check all appliances and report any damage via email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

Will you deliver my purchase to any room?

Do you offer an installation service?

We'll always try to oblige and to deliver the room of your choice. We'd ask you to ensure there is clear access to the room before we arrive and to clear any obstructions. If you'd like us to deliver to the first floor of your property we'll try to accommodate your request but would ask that you let us know when we book your delivery in.

Please place your order on our website and then a member of our team will call you to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.

Do you remove old appliances and the packaging?

Do you offer a storage facility?

We'll remove your old appliances if disconnected and the packaging too for a small charge, must be requested at time of order. We do pass on a £25 recycling cost on each appliance that we collect.

Yes, we'll store your products for up to 12 weeks without charge and deliver when you're ready.
