ProSense and TimeSave
ProSense recognises how much is in the drum and sets the cycle to match, so a half load does not use a full load of water. TimeSave shortens wash times when you are in a hurry. The 20 minute programme handles up to 3kg of lightly soiled clothes.
Hygiene and MixLoad Programmes
The Hygiene programme removes 99.99% of viruses and bacteria, which is useful for bedding and towels. MixLoad 69 washes mixed fabrics together in 69 minutes, so you sort less. The motor comes with a 10 year guarantee.

When will my appliance be delivered?
Who will deliver my appliance?
When you have placed your order on our website stating you preferred delivery day a member of our team will be contact to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.
Depending on where you live and availability delivery will be made either using our own vehicles with two men, by a specialist courier service or by manufacturers home delivery service. We will always discuss the best method for delivery with you beforehand. Please check all appliances and report any damage via email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
Will you deliver my purchase to any room?
Do you offer an installation service?
We'll always try to oblige and to deliver the room of your choice. We'd ask you to ensure there is clear access to the room before we arrive and to clear any obstructions. If you'd like us to deliver to the first floor of your property we'll try to accommodate your request but would ask that you let us know when we book your delivery in.

Do you remove old appliances and the packaging?

We'll remove your old appliances if disconnected and the packaging too for a small charge, must be requested at time of order. We do pass on a £25 recycling cost on each appliance that we collect.
Yes, we'll store your products for up to 12 weeks without charge and deliver when you're ready.
