Use the Fast Full Load mode to wash 8kg of clothes in just 28 minutes, or a smaller 2kg load of lightly soiled laundry can be washed in a mere 14 minutes using the Mini 14 setting. There's even an option to shorten your cycle times on other programmes without sacrificing any performance. Plus, the Steam Refresh option reduces creases so you won't have to spend as much time ironing afterwards. There's a wide choice of 15 programmes so every fabric type has a specific programme designed to give a thorough wash while protecting each garment to avoid damage, fading or stretching. And, both spin speeds and temperature settings can be varied to optimise programmes. Using the machine is a doddle with intuitive dial control and a modern LED display plus you can opt to use the machine via your smartphone. When will my appliance be delivered?
Who will deliver my appliance?
When you have placed your order on our website stating you preferred delivery day a member of our team will be contact to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.
Depending on where you live and availability delivery will be made either using our own vehicles with two men, by a specialist courier service or by manufacturers home delivery service. We will always discuss the best method for delivery with you beforehand. Please check all appliances and report any damage via email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
Will you deliver my purchase to any room?
Do you offer an installation service?
We'll always try to oblige and to deliver the room of your choice. We'd ask you to ensure there is clear access to the room before we arrive and to clear any obstructions. If you'd like us to deliver to the first floor of your property we'll try to accommodate your request but would ask that you let us know when we book your delivery in.

We'll remove your old appliances if disconnected and the packaging too for a small charge, must be requested at time of order. We do pass on a £25 recycling cost on each appliance that we collect.
Yes, we'll store your products for up to 12 weeks without charge and deliver when you're ready.
