It's perfect for busy households with big 10.5kg wash load capacity, 6 kg drying capacity and A energy rated wash performance. There's a wide choice of 15 versatile programmes including cottons, delicates and eco, together with a 15 minute quick wash and 60 minute wash & dry cycle. And, the clever AntiStain Removal System automatically adjusts the wash temperature, drum movement and soaking time to effectively remove oil, grass, red wine and blood stains. Enjoy convenient features such as Reload which lets you add or remove items after the cycle has started, Delay Start and SpeedPerfect which speeds up wash cycles without sacrificing cleaning performance. When will my appliance be delivered?
Who will deliver my appliance?
When you have placed your order on our website stating you preferred delivery day a member of our team will be contact to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.
Depending on where you live and availability delivery will be made either using our own vehicles with two men, by a specialist courier service or by manufacturers home delivery service. We will always discuss the best method for delivery with you beforehand. Please check all appliances and report any damage via email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
Will you deliver my purchase to any room?
Do you offer an installation service?
We'll always try to oblige and to deliver the room of your choice. We'd ask you to ensure there is clear access to the room before we arrive and to clear any obstructions. If you'd like us to deliver to the first floor of your property we'll try to accommodate your request but would ask that you let us know when we book your delivery in.

We'll remove your old appliances if disconnected and the packaging too for a small charge, must be requested at time of order. We do pass on a £25 recycling cost on each appliance that we collect.
Yes, we'll store your products for up to 12 weeks without charge and deliver when you're ready.
