We think this is perfect for: A busy household washing full loads rather than half-empty drums. Especially suited to families with allergies, since the steam programme is there to deal with allergens.

Why Webbs Recommends This: An 11kg drum is a large family capacity, and it still uses 47 kWh a year and 54 litres a wash, rating 10% better than A. TurboWash 360 does a half load in 39 minutes and there is a 14 minute quick wash for a small one. 11kg Drum at 1400rpm

Wash capacity is 11kg and the spin runs to 1400rpm at 71dB. Automatic load recognition and automatic half load adjust water and time to what is actually in the drum. Twelve programmes cover cotton, eco, easy care, mixed fabric, activewear, hand and wool, allergy care and microplastic care.

TurboWash 39 and the 14 Minute Quick Wash

TurboWash 360 completes a half load in 39 minutes. The 14 minute quick wash handles a small load. A download cycle option adds programmes through the app, and AI Wash sets the cycle for you.

Steam, Pause and Add, and a 19 Hour Delay

The steam function deals with allergens and germs. Pause and Add Garment lets you open the door mid-cycle. Delay start runs to 19 hours. Anti-flood protection, a child lock, tub clean, automatic power off and Smart Diagnosis are all fitted, with rotary dials, touch control and a time remaining display. It measures 85 x 60 x 56.5cm.

When will my appliance be delivered?

Who will deliver my appliance?

When you have placed your order on our website stating you preferred delivery day a member of our team will be contact to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.

Depending on where you live and availability delivery will be made either using our own vehicles with two men, by a specialist courier service or by manufacturers home delivery service. We will always discuss the best method for delivery with you beforehand. Please check all appliances and report any damage via email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

Will you deliver my purchase to any room?

Do you offer an installation service?

We'll always try to oblige and to deliver the room of your choice. We'd ask you to ensure there is clear access to the room before we arrive and to clear any obstructions. If you'd like us to deliver to the first floor of your property we'll try to accommodate your request but would ask that you let us know when we book your delivery in.

Do you remove old appliances and the packaging?

We'll remove your old appliances if disconnected and the packaging too for a small charge, must be requested at time of order. We do pass on a £25 recycling cost on each appliance that we collect.

Yes, we'll store your products for up to 12 weeks without charge and deliver when you're ready.
