The Vax LiftOut Reach Pet-Design CDUP-LORP has been designed to help you give your whole home a deep clean with the minimum of faff. The extra-long 14.5m cleaning reach eliminates the hassle of all-too regular plugging and unplugging, with the long 3.5m hose able to stretch up the stairs. Hair Wrap Resist keeps the brush roll free from long hairs and pet hair as you clean while LED lights illuminate dust and fine debris. The huge-capacity 2 litre dust container means you won't have to empty it too often while powerful side suction cleans right up to the edges. The all-surface brushroll glides between carpets and hard floors without missing a beat while the lift out cannister vacuum adds another welcome layer of convenience, allowing you to clean every inch of your home. The 2-stage filtration traps 99.9% of fine dust and pet dander and the CDUP-LORP comes with a variety of tools including a pet tool.

When will my appliance be delivered?

Who will deliver my appliance?

When you have placed your order on our website stating you preferred delivery day a member of our team will be contact to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.

Depending on where you live and availability delivery will be made either using our own vehicles with two men, by a specialist courier service or by manufacturers home delivery service. We will always discuss the best method for delivery with you beforehand. Please check all appliances and report any damage via email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

Will you deliver my purchase to any room?

Do you offer an installation service?

We'll always try to oblige and to deliver the room of your choice. We'd ask you to ensure there is clear access to the room before we arrive and to clear any obstructions. If you'd like us to deliver to the first floor of your property we'll try to accommodate your request but would ask that you let us know when we book your delivery in.

Please place your order on our website and then a member of our team will call you to arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver your appliance with an AM or PM time slot.

Do you remove old appliances and the packaging?

Do you offer a storage facility?

We'll remove your old appliances if disconnected and the packaging too for a small charge, must be requested at time of order. We do pass on a £25 recycling cost on each appliance that we collect.

Yes, we'll store your products for up to 12 weeks without charge and deliver when you're ready.
